Hoptons Comedy Club

Building on the success of our inaugural comedy club, we've partnered with Freddy Quinne and Bare Faced Comedy to present a series of fantastic evenings filled with laughter and entertainment. Each event will feature four comedians and the charismatic host, Mr. Freddy Quinne, ensuring 2.5 hours of pure enjoyment.

 

May comedians include..

Bethany Black -Bethany has been a professional stand-up comedian since 2004. Her debut show Beth Becomes Her detailed the story of her being transgender, chronicling everything from her coming out, through her transition and eventually falling in love. It was nominated for Best Debut at the Leicester Comedy Festival in 2008.

Over the course of her career she has performed alongside some of the biggest names in comedy, including Allan Carr, Sarah Millican, Tim Minchin, Rhona Cameron and Rhys Darby.

Simon Wozniak - Since starting stand-up in 2014, Liverpool comic Simon has gone on to quickly establish himself as the one to watch with his honest, inimitable, no holds barred opinions on the world.  Simon’s frenetic and opinionated style has seen him rise phenomenally through the ranks and he can now be seen performing regularly at some of the biggest and best comedy clubs in the country. Hotly tipped by the industry as a future star. 
 

Cheerfully self-deprecating, Simon is confident with joke structure and can use his skills to present unpredictable punchlines which take the wind out of his audience!
